  • Experience with basic computer service and the ability to learn electronic medical records or other scheduling software
  • Ability to communicate pleasantly, professionally, and effectively with visitors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate initiative regarding collaboration and independently perform high quality tasks
  • Ready to assume a leadership role and ready to take on a challenge
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Has strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Can quickly and accurately execute assigned duties
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, be creative, proactive, energetic, hardworking, dedicated, organized, focused, and detail-oriented
  • Of good character: has good attitude and is someone who cares
  • Willing to work in our Alabang, Muntinlupa office, if needed
  • Willing to undergo training during US business hours
  • Willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done
  • Preferably with good work from home environment, that is, with a private/quiet space to field video calls and with access to high speed internet

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
  • Welcome all on-site visitors with a friendly demeanor, answering inquiries and directing them through the registration process via a live video call
  • Collect and record all required information in a timely manner
  • Optimize schedules and visitor satisfaction with efficient scheduling
  • Comfort visitors by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering questions
  • Deliver quality care, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi tasks
