Training, Coaching, & Quality (TraCQ) Coach

The TraCQ Coach is tasked to mainly enhance the competencies of individual employees by running new hire training classes, working on quality initiatives, and driving coaching programs that will boost employees’ performance in synergy with Hey DAN’s In The Game battle cry. As part of a support team – you will be responsible for delivering curriculum and learning materials to new hires, contribute to quality initiatives as well as coaching interventions to drive work performance.
The right candidate is analytic, has a keen eye for details and is passionate about helping other people reach their full potential. A quick learner, this person is able to analyze, interpret and disseminate training, quality and coaching points to others.
The TraCQ Coach is expected to primarily:
  • Deliver new hire training courses to new employees
  • Deliver coaching programs to existing employees with the goal of boosting performance
  • Work on quality initiatives across the enterprise
  • Work with Manager to periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they are in sync with operations
  • Furnish accurate reports
  • Deliver results
  • Set high expectations for everyone by leading by example

  • EXCELLENT English comprehension and communication skills: The candidate must have a good command of English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and train individuals with different client processes
  • Must be willing to work in the Alabang, Muntinlupa area with work hours from Tuesday to Saturday, 4:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Manila time) with most Sundays and Mondays, and U.S. Holidays off
