Tech Support Specialists
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Be trained or assigned to assist in Network and System Admin duties, tasks, and projects
- Be trained or assigned in managing the Information Security policies and protocols of the company
- Provide first-level support and resolution to end-user’s IT concerns in a responsive and service-oriented manner
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network related problems
- Help manage servers and network devices
- Setup accounts, install software, and configure IT products
- Assist in setup, transfer and configuration of workstations
- Conducts research, perform proof-of-concept, and implement IT projects
WE’RE LOOKING FOR REALLY GOOD PEOPLE WHO ARE/HAVE
- Experience or exposure to Network and Systems–a definite advantage
- Experience, exposure, or interest in Information Security–a definite advantage
- Windows environment, Active Directory
- Linux OS
- Advanced Networking skills
- Structured cabling
- Fortigate firewall configuration
- Cisco router configuration
- CRM systems: remote VPN/remote desktop, SalesForce, SalesPage

REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Has an excellent command and understanding of the English language, both oral and written
- Willing to work extended hours, shifting schedule, and weekends
- Ability to adjust to changing conditions or priorities
- Mobile and able to lift or move IT equipment
- Puts security in high consideration, consistently follows procedures, protocols, and policies
- Has the initiative, and has high level of analytical thinking
