Qualification and Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least an Associate’s/Bachelor’s/2-year College Degree in any field. Call center experience in the marketing industry is a plus!
The ideal candidate must:
  • Have an excellent command and understanding of the English language, both verbal and written
  • Be able to adapt to changing roles, be a team player, and have the ability to multitask
  • Be smart, detail-oriented, and have an eagerness to learn
  • Be tech savvy; especially a mastery of MS Office
  • Be sales and service-oriented
  • Be willing to work extended hours, shifting schedules, and weekends to accommodate global client projects
  • Have the ability and attitude to get the job done

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support selected marketing research clients with the objective of retaining the accounts and expanding services delivered
  • Handle scheduling and delivery of marketing research services over the phone and through email
  • Interact Directly with US/UK Global Clients on Projects
  • Be a call operator on operator-assisted research IDIs (In-depth Interviews) and focus groups
  • Set up and run web presentations for clients and deliver web presentation services during client events
  • Recruit respondents to fulfill client quotas for IDIs and focus groups
  • Run demos of our teleconferencing and web presentation services to prospects and current clients
  • Be a positive advocate for the causes of the company
