Customer Success Admin Assistant

The Hey DAN Customer Success Team is looking for an administrative partner! We are a fast-paced, energetic team committed to deepening relationships and growing Hey DAN revenue with existing clients. And we can no longer keep up without YOU!
The Customer Success Admin Assistant is:
  • Responsible for administrative tasks which include, but not limited:
    • Inbox monitoring
    • Booking meetings
    • Transcribing and entering CRM notes
    • Pulling out CRM info for meeting preparation
    • CRM data cleanup
    • Report and deck preparation assistance
    • Collections communications
    • Contract drafting and editing
    • Project management

Requirements:
  • At least two years of administrative experience, ideally supporting at the Managing Director level (or equivalent) or above
  • Advanced ability to organize
  • Tact and good judgment in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior management
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management
  • Willing to work in the Alabang, Muntinlupa area
  • Willing to work US business hours (8:30am – 6pm, ET)
